SYNOPSIS
When an arrogant, recently-sacked MTA executive tries to find his bus to HoHoKus, New Jersey after midnight, his life becomes exactly the sort of horror story you'd expect to take place in the Port Authority Bus Terminal as the plaster "Commuters" statue comes to life to deliver a horrible warning... When it comes to New York City transit, you better behave, or better be brave!
The Commuters or A Cautionary Tale About The Port Authority is a good, old-fashioned, New York-minded, transit-obsessed musical comedy hit that played to uproarious laughter and high praise in it's first reading during Lincoln Center's "Across A Crowded Room" workshop in 2015.
